For your convenience a summary of some key points are below.;

Fill in players

Any fill in players must be advised to the HKBA office the day prior to your game.   Team Managers are to send details of eligible players to: info@hkbaspiders.com.au.  Eligible fill in players are required to be from a lower grade or lower age group.   The maximum number of players allowed to play when using a fill in player is 5.  

All players are only permitted to be on one team list per evening, therefore any fill in player cannot play for more than one team unless prior permission has been granted by the HKBA Office to enable a team to have a total of 5 players (this cannot be for a team in the same or lower division).   Contact the HKBA office by emailing : info@hkbaspiders.com.au
 

Forfeits
In the unfortunate situation that you believe that your team will need to forfeit a game, please contact your Age Manager first.  Our first choice is to help you find eligible fill in players.  

Forfeits must be advised to the HKBA at least 24 hours prior to the game so any discussion regarding fill in players must be in advance of this.

In the event that it becomes neccessary to advise the HKBA of a forfeit, it is the Team Managers responsibility to fill inthe HKBA form here: https://hornsbyspiders.com.au/submit-a-forfeit/

Teams must be ready to play at the time specified. Forfeits are officially declared after 12 minutes if a team is unable to provide the required number of players.  The opposition will gain one point for each minute late. Note all forfeit costs are DOUBLE the court fee.
